The project at a glance.

Kremenchuker Law Group is a personal injury firm in Fort Myers and North Port, Florida, serving Southwest Florida since 2001.

The firm handles personal injury, car accidents, criminal defense, immigration, and hurricane claims — working with clients in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and French Creole.

With 25 years of practice and a team of 16, Leo Kremenchuker built the firm on direct client relationships and strong familiarity with Southwest Florida courts and insurance companies.

As the practice grew, they needed a digital presence that reflected the firm's actual scale and credibility.

The challenge

Kremenchuker Law Group had 25 years of practice, two offices, and a team of 16 — but the website didn't reflect it. Most practice areas had no dedicated pages, leaving the firm invisible in search for the cases it needed most. The website looked less established than a practice of this scale and tenure actually was.

Without practice-area pages, paid campaigns had no landing destinations and search had nothing to index. Low personal injury case volume was a direct consequence — the firm's core practice had no search presence to draw inquiries.

  • Low personal injury case inquiries — the firm's core business challenge
  • No dedicated pages for personal injury sub-types, immigration, criminal defense, or hurricane claims
  • Website did not reflect the firm's actual scale or 25 years of practice
  • No local SEO presence or directory citations to support credibility and search visibility

SEO-ready website & lead system

We started with architecture, mapping every practice area and sub-practice into a page hierarchy that could support both organic search and paid campaigns. The firm served clients in five languages — English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and French Creole — with four website versions in English, Spanish, Russian, and Haitian Creole supporting that multilingual practice.

Each practice area got dedicated pages built around how potential clients in the region search: personal injury sub-types like truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, and underpaid insurance claims — each with its own URL and content. The visual structure was built to reflect the firm's actual scale, giving first-time visitors a clear sense of an established, credible practice.

Alongside the website, we launched local SEO across directories and built an automated review collection system connected to their CRM. Clients who completed cases received structured follow-up prompts — turning an active client base into a steady stream of reviews that build trust with new visitors.

Great partnership

The scope was well-defined from the start — five practice areas, two offices, five languages, a specific market.

Leo's 25 years in Southwest Florida courts meant the content decisions had real grounding. Practice area priorities, local nuance, client communication — the direction was there. We expanded website structure, the lead system, and the SEO foundation.
